Ambush in the Woods

What did I do, and why?

I got an Occulus to play games on, but decided it could be neat to see what could be done with it. I used the Occulus plugin for Unity, and basically just set about seeing what I could make. I had played alot of Blade and Sorcery at the time, so that was a big inspiration. I also got to play with some terrain generation tools in Unity. It was a good time.

The game featured enemies spawning from around the campfire in the darkness. The player had an assortment of weapons they could pick up, and could either smack the enemies and send them flying or throw the weapons themselves at the enemies.
